Staff and Temp contracting services for GIS

Our client is seeking to employ a Spatial Asset Information Manager who will be responsible for the development and use of the capability to provide asset information across the organization.

In this role you will be responsible for the development of policies, procedures and processes and the management of governance forums that control and maintain the correct capture management and dissemination of asset data across the organization in support of Asset Management Systems and Asset Data Governance Framework.

It is envisaged that you will have at least 10 plus years’ professional work experience in Engineering, GeoSpatial or Information Technology related fields.

The successful candidate will also have the following skills;

• · Experience in quality management systems (ISO 9000/55000 or equivalent).
• · IT system development experience as a user or project participant
• · Experience is facilitating outcomes and agreements
• · Knowledge of Quality Management Systems
• · Data Management principals
• · Methodical approach to collecting, cleansing, matching and verifying large quantities of data from varying sources
• · Australian workplace industry training and experience

This is a fulltime staff role based in Melbourne and would suit those with a GIS, IT or Engineering background.

You will be an Australian or New Zealand Resident/Citizen and be available for an interview on a weeks notice.
