GSA 090316: Senior GIS Analyst or GIS Specialist
Our Melbourne based client is seeking to appoint a Senior GIS Analyst or Specialist to work on a major infrastructure project.
You will have at least 5-10yrs industry training and recognised qualifications in GIS, Surveying or related Geomatic Engineering.
You will be responsible for pulling together utilities services, reviewing scoping documents, working with site engineers, and managing/building data sets to achieve the smooth running of an interesting major project.
Whist your ESRI skills will be first class you will also be highly competent working with CAD data and environmental engineers.
This will be an interesting and fast paced project that requires a clear thinker who can work independently with the knowledge that you have a solid spatial services team behind you.
Your first 6 months will be as a sub-contract services assignment and after the successful completion of stage one the chosen candidate will transition into a full time staff role.
Only those with the required ESRI skills, a min of 5-10yrs industry training and a very good database skills will be considered for an interview.
